Healing Together:

Therapy for Interracial Couples

Supporting Stronger, More Connected Relationships

Interracial relationships are rich in love, identity, and culture, but they can also bring unique challenges. As a culturally responsive therapist, I specialize in helping interracial couples navigate identity, communication, and connection within the context of societal and family dynamics. Whether you're newly together or facing long-term stressors, therapy can help you grow stronger together.

Why Work With Me?

I hold a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy and wrote my Master’s thesis on Societal Influences on Relationship Satisfaction in Black-White Interracial Couples. Being in an interracial marriage myself, this work is personal, informed, and research-driven. My approach integrates systemic therapy, postmodern frameworks, and culturally sensitive tools to support real change.

Clients often describe our work as empowering, clarifying, and deeply respectful. Together, we’ll uncover how race, culture, and lived experience shape your relationship—and build healthier ways to connect with care, empathy, and intention.
