A:Yes, we accept BCBS of Indiana and Aetna of Illinois directly. For all other insurance plans, we offer cash-pay or out-of-network claims. We also accept FSA/HSA payments!

Q: How much does out-of-pocket therapy cost?
A:

  • To work with Dr. Briana: $175 per session for individuals and $200 per session for couples/families

  • To work with our associate licensed therapists: $130 per session for individuals and couples/families.

  • To work with our interns: Sliding scale of $30-$50 per session (individual, couple, or family), depending on client income bracket.

Q: Do you offer affordable options?
A: Yes! Intern sessions, priced at $50, provide high-quality therapy at an affordable cost. We also accept cash payments and Thrizer for out-of-network benefits.

Q: What should I expect in my first session?
A: Your first session (intake) includes discussing your goals, history, and a plan for your therapy. Licensed therapists or supervised interns provide professional, personalized care.

Q: What is EMDR?
A: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help people process and heal from trauma, anxiety, or distressing memories.

Q: How does EMDR work?
A: During EMDR sessions, a therapist guides you through specific eye movements or other bilateral stimulation while recalling difficult experiences. This helps your brain reprocess memories in a less distressing way.
