At Relational Wellness Therapy, we make therapy affordable, transparent, and flexible.
We accept select insurance plans and offer competitive self-pay rates for individuals, couples, and families.
If your insurance is not listed, you may still qualify for out-of-network reimbursement.
We can provide a superbill to help you submit claims directly to your insurance provider.

For clients paying privately or out-of-network, we offer competitive and flexible rates:
$50–$175 per 50-minute session (see FAQs)
Reduced-fee options available with intern therapists ($50 per session)
For your convenience, we also accept FSA and HSA cards.
Private pay benefits include:
Full privacy and confidentiality (no diagnosis required)
Greater flexibility in scheduling and treatment planning
Choice of therapist without insurance restrictions
