What It’s Like to Work With Us

  1. Initial Consultation (Free)
    A 15-20 minute video call to discuss your goals, answer questions, and ensure we’re a good fit.

  2. Intake & Assessment
    A full 50-minute session where we explore your history, present challenges, and start shaping a clear direction for therapy.

  3. Customized Treatment Plan
    We’ll co-create a therapy roadmap rooted in your values and desired outcomes, utilizing approaches such as EMDR, IFS, narrative therapy, or Gottman-informed strategies, tailored to your unique needs.

  4. Ongoing Support
    We meet regularly (weekly or bi-weekly) for 50-minute sessions, continuously checking on your goals and adjusting our approach as needed.

  5. Growth & Closure
    Therapy is complete when you feel equipped to move forward confidently, with insight and tools you can carry throughout life.
