Cultivating Confident, Competent Therapists Through Culturally Attuned Supervision
Are you an intern-level or provisionally licensed therapist (LMFTA; ALMFT) seeking growth, guidance, and support?
As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I offer structured, relationally focused supervision grounded in cultural awareness, systemic theory, and a genuine passion for developing emerging therapists. Whether you're navigating clinical challenges or clarifying your professional identity, our work together will help you grow into the therapist you’re meant to be.
Why Work With Me?
I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, academic insight, and lived experience to every supervision relationship. With years of experience supervising and mentoring through a socially and culturally attuned lens, I’ve helped many therapists gain clarity, confidence, and competence in their work. You can expect a safe, collaborative space where your voice is valued and your growth is prioritized. Supervision isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about building a solid foundation for long-term success in the field.

What to Expect: Supervision With Intention
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We’ll meet to explore your goals, discuss the supervision process, and ensure a good fit. This is your chance to ask questions and share your hopes for the journey ahead.
Step 2: Contract and Plan
Once we’re aligned, we’ll create a personalized supervision plan that meets both your clinical needs and any licensure requirements. We'll clarify expectations, structure, and scheduling.
Step 3: Ongoing Supervision
Through individual or group sessions, we’ll dive into your cases, explore theory-to-practice application, and strengthen your reflective skills. Expect constructive feedback, practical tools, and a strong emphasis on self-of-the-therapist work.
Step 4: Professional Development Support
Beyond clinical conversations, I provide mentorship on career planning, identity development, navigating licensure, and preparing for future leadership roles.
