What to Expect

Step 1: Initial Consultation (Optional)
Attorneys or clients can schedule a brief call to ask questions and ensure the evaluation is appropriate for their case.
Step 2: Clinical Interview
I meet with the client (virtually) for a comprehensive 2-3 hour clinical interview, using culturally sensitive and trauma-informed methods.
Step 3: Report Drafting
I synthesize clinical data, history, and relevant research to create a tailored psychological evaluation aligned with USCIS guidelines.
Step 4: Finalization & Delivery
Reports are delivered within 7–14business days (rush options available), with room for minor revisions or attorney feedback.
