Reconnect, Rebuild, and Thrive – Couples Therapy for Real Relationships

Struggling to communicate, reconnect, or rebuild trust in your relationship? You're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I help couples move from disconnection to deeper understanding, intimacy, and sustainable change.

Why Work With Me?

With almost a decade of combined clinical, supervisory, and academic experience in couple and family therapy, I specialize in helping couples break through patterns that keep them stuck. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, or life transitions, therapy with me is rooted in cultural attunement, evidence-based practice, and a collaborative, compassionate approach.

My clients often say they feel seen, heard, and hopeful after our work together. You can expect:

  • A tailored roadmap for healing and growth

  • Practical tools to improve communication and intimacy

  • Support in addressing trauma, betrayal, or identity-related issues

  • A safe space where both partners feel respected and supported
